When will my order ship?

Carefully packaging stained glass for shipping takes a little time. Please allow 5-10 days for shipment unless otherwise noted, such as made to order pieces. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves the studio.

How to hang stained glass pieces?

DO NOT hang pieces with suction cup hooks, they are not reliable and pieces can break if they fall. Hanging hardware is not included but a nail, screw, or adhesive hook work well, just make sure it’s made to hold the weight of the piece.

Cleaning Tips?

Dust with a soft, clean cloth (microfiber works well). Use ammonia-free glass cleaner, spray the cloth and gently wipe glass. DO NOT scrub with any abrasive cleaner or material that may scratch the glass. Avoid submerging stained glass pieces in water. You can also apply a light coat of car wax and buff off the wax to restore shine.

When will new items be added to the shop?

New items will be added about every two months but the best way to find out about new edition drops, follow me on instagram @artsocrisp by clicking on the link on the top or bottom of this page.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please email socrispesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can find a solution together. While damage during shipping rarely happens, if a piece arrives damaged, contact me to replace or refund your order.

Currently I am only shipping within the United States. But message me if you’d like to inquire about shipping outside the U.S..
